Vegan Almond Milk Cookies

Almond milk is highly nutritious and a perfect alternative for the normal dairy milk. It is naturally dairy free and lactose free making it highly suitable for all vegans and lactose intolerant people. Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup vegan brown sugar
  • ½ cup Almond milk Original
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • Chocolate chips

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the coconut oil, brown sugar and granulated

sugar in a large bowl. Add the Almond Milk Original and the vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well. Now make the dough by adding the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Finally add the chocolate chips to the dough. Drop the dough by rounded spoonfuls on the baking sheets. Now bake it for upto 11 to 14 minutes until it looks set. Remove it, cool it for sometime and then store them in containers.
